1. Orders and acceptance
An order is accepted once payment is confirmed and we send you an order confirmation. Because everything is baked to order in small batches, availability can change between browsing and checkout.
2. Fresh products and substitutions
Handmade products vary naturally in shape, colour and finish. If an item becomes unavailable we contact you before making any material substitution.
3. Delivery
Delivery windows are estimates and can be affected by traffic, weather or building access. Please give us an accurate address, a mobile number the driver can reach, and any gate or tower details.
4. Cancellations, returns and refunds
Fresh food cannot normally be returned. If an order arrives incorrect, damaged or affected in quality, report it promptly with your order number and supporting details and we will look into it.
