Before you write…
When will my order arrive?
Order before 6am and it can arrive the same day, while the kitchen still has room in the morning bake; later in the day it arrives tomorrow. Sourdough needs its long ferment: before 6pm it arrives tomorrow, after that the day after. The delivery page and the basket always show the earliest day we can promise, and you are contacted to confirm the window.
Can you accommodate allergies?
Our bakery handles wheat, gluten, dairy, eggs, sesame, peanuts and tree nuts. Contact us before ordering so we can guide you honestly.
Do you make custom gifts?
Yes. Our corporate team can curate boxes, add message cards and coordinate delivery.
