1. Information we collect
We collect what you give us when you create an account, place an order, contact the bakery or join our newsletter: your name, mobile number, email address, delivery address, order details and any preferences you save.
We never see or store your card details. Payment is taken by our payment provider — you enter your card on their page and return to ours once it is done.
2. How we use information
To bake and deliver your order, to answer you when you get in touch, to remember your saved addresses and preferences, and — only if you agree — to send you bakery news and offers.
Analytics and advertising cookies are set only after you accept them. Decline, and the site uses only what it needs in order to work.
4. Your choices
You may ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — subject to the records we are required to keep for tax and accounting.
Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link. Stopping marketing never stops your order confirmations, which are not marketing.
