How can we help?

We bake to order, so please give us as much notice as you can. For corporate, catering and occasion orders, contact us directly so we can agree quantities and timing before we bake.

It depends how far along the bake is. Contact us as soon as you can with your order number and we will do what we can.

We bake in small batches, so availability can change during the day. Anything you can add to your basket is available to order.

We deliver across all seven emirates: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain.

Delivery is a flat AED 25. It is free when your items come to AED 300 or more after any promo code — the threshold is inclusive, so items that come to exactly AED 300 after the code ship free. The fee is always shown before you pay.

Not at the moment — every order is delivered. We do not have a shop open to the public yet.

Because we bake to order, we confirm the delivery window with you after your order is placed rather than promising a slot before we have baked.

Bread, maamoul, kaak and cookies, cakes, and sweets for occasions — made with alternative flours including almond, millet, barley, whole wheat, oat and rye. You can see everything, with prices, in the shop.

Our kitchen handles gluten, nuts, dairy, eggs and sesame, and we cannot guarantee that any product is free from any allergen. If you have an allergy, please contact us before ordering and we will tell you exactly what is in a product.

On each product page, where we have published it. If a product page does not show it yet, contact us and we will tell you rather than have you guess.

Tell us within 24 hours with your order number and a clear photo, and we will put it right.

For food-safety reasons fresh products cannot usually be returned unless they are incorrect or damaged.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. How long that takes is down to the payment provider.
